In September 2016 the company acquired two adjacent land plots in Margertshausen settlement in the suburbs of Augsburg, Bavaria.

In December 2016 the company purchased the land plot in Villenpark (Gross Glienicke), suburbs of Potsdam. The project is currently under development.

The transaction of purchasing two adjacent land plots for building two family houses is currently being prepared.
